Welcome to Hair Therapy by the Lake!

Whether you live on the lake, near the lake or just visiting our beautiful Smith Mountain Lake for a getaway or vacation, we want to be your go-to salon for all your hair styling desires.

Opened in 2019, stylist, Paula, decided she wanted to have a salon where ideas and creativity flowed freely, as well as a comfortable place for those in Franklin and Bedford counties to come and relax while having their hair done.

Men, women, children of all ages—these two stylists have seen and cut/done it all! With over 40 combined years between them in experience, they pride themselves on their craftsmanship, their continued education on styles and products and most importantly—the client gets the style they want and requested.

And! Have some relaxing, fun time while at it!

As for services, they provide haircuts, coloring, highlights, perms, updos, styling and deep conditioning. We also offer wax services of facial hair (when possible).
